Because we are not computer savvy, it can sometimes be overwhelming trying to design and maintain our own website. Dena is always there to help with any problems or to answer any questions...she is never too busy, and no question is ever unimportant. She is very knowledgeable and is an excellent teacher who exhibits kindness and patience. The prospect of launching a new website caused me great anxiety. My first contact with Mrs. Dena Suarez and Catholic Web Services swept away all anxiety. Her instructions on how to publish the site and update the pages were easy to follow -- and worked every time. When so much negative industry talk abounds about technical support, it is refreshing to know that technical difficulties are quickly addressed and permanently resolved. In terms of the service that I receive from others, I now use the support that I receive from Mrs. Suarez as the standard. A few come close but no one meets this standard. Considering that this was a non-profit organization's website, cost was of concern. The local market could not compete with the cost, bandwidth and disk storage that Catholic Web Services offered. Add to that the exceptional customer service and extremely competent technical support, really the most important parts of a hosting service or service provider, and you have a clear winner -- Catholic Web Services. Once I decided on having a Web page, the problem was finding a company to put my ideas to work. Finding someone of like mind in presenting my product was a priority for me.
